Terms and Conditions

All bookings operated by TayaTravel are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Our Contract
Your booking is made with TayaTravel, the organizer of your travel package. Any bookings made indirectly via third-party agents are also bound by these terms and conditions.

By booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following:

These Booking Conditions and our Privacy Policy;
Any special terms and conditions that may apply to your booking.
Your booking will be confirmed by TayaTravel upon receipt of your deposit and acceptance of the above terms. The person named first on the booking (Lead Passenger) is responsible for all persons listed in the booking.

Reservation & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of €150 / $200 / £100 per person is required to confirm a reservation. Your booking will be confirmed in writing by TayaTravel to the Lead Passenger, along with payment details for the balance.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date (or 90 days for certain destinations, like Ski-France tours). If your booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required. If the balance is not paid on time, TayaTravel reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund.

Travel Insurance
It is mandatory for all clients to take out adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and repatriation. TayaTravel reserves the right to request a copy of your insurance policy and may cancel your booking if adequate insurance cannot be provided.

Cancellation by Client
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@tayatravel.eu. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

60 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit
59-30 days: 70% of booking amount forfeited
29-15 days: 85% forfeited
14-0 days: 100% forfeited
For specific tours (e.g., USA & Iceland):

60 days or more: Loss of deposit
59-35 days: 70% forfeited
35-0 days: 100% forfeited
For Ski France or tours including flights:

90 days or more: Loss of deposit
89-60 days: 70% forfeited
59-35 days: 85% forfeited
35-0 days: 100% forfeited
Cancellation by TayaTravel
TayaTravel reserves the right to cancel a tour due to Force Majeure or low bookings (less than 4 guests for certain tours). In such cases, all payments made will be refunded, except for any third-party costs (e.g., flights or travel insurance).

Itinerary Changes
TayaTravel reserves the right to modify itineraries due to local conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events. Significant changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to accept the change or cancel with a full refund.

Changes by Client
Any changes to your booking (name, dates, destination) must be requested at least 60 days before departure and may incur amendment fees. After this period, changes will be made at the discretion of TayaTravel.

60-30 days: €25 per person for name or date changes
60-30 days: €35 per person for destination changes
29 days or fewer: Changes will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Pre & Post Accommodation
Additional accommodation can be arranged for pre- and post-tour stays. All additional costs must be paid at least 7 days prior to departure.

Inclusions
The price of your trip includes:

Accommodation as described in your booking
All transport as described in your booking
Meals, sightseeing, and activities as specified
The services of a guide or tour leader where applicable

Exclusions
The tour price does not include:

Flights, excess baggage, visas, insurance
Extra meals and drinks
Entrance fees, tips, port taxes, and fuel supplements
Optional activities or services not listed in your booking
Group Size
Group sizes may increase by up to 20%, depending on demand and seasonality.

Solo Travelers
All prices are based on double or twin share occupancy. Solo travelers can choose to pay a single supplement for a private room or may share a room with another traveler of the same gender.

Unused Services
No refunds will be given for services not used, including late arrivals or early departures.

Special Offers & Discounts
Special offers and discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Age & Health
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are fit to participate in the itinerary. Clients over the age of 65 must complete a Tour Suitability Form.

Dietary and Special Requirements
Clients must inform TayaTravel of any dietary or medical requirements at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all dietary needs can be met.

Visa & Travel Documentation
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documentation, including passports and visas.

Responsibility of TayaTravel
TayaTravel is responsible for ensuring the arrangements provided as part of the tour package are delivered as outlined in your booking. We will only accept liability for issues caused by our own negligence.

Authority on Tour
The decision of your TayaTravel guide or leader is final on all matters affecting the safety and well-being of the group. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Photos & Marketing
Clients consent to TayaTravel using any photos or videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
