Important guest notes:

 

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are done by responsible friends every other day.

 

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, and other services are not included in the price.

 

For Villa, a damage deposit of 87 Euro is taken upon check-in, to be refunded to you immediately or within 1 week after the necessary checks are made upon your departure if there is no damage.

 

A cleaning fee of 72 Euro is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

 

The daily pool heating fee is 30 Euro TL.
