Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible staff every other day. 

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, change of bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A security deposit of 115 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa, to be refunded after necessary inspections upon check-out, provided there is no damage.

A cleaning fee of 58 Euro is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

The pool heating fee is 29 Euro per day.
